At Stitch & Stone, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email our support team at [your support email] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with next steps and the return address.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
All products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including tags, boxes, dust bags, and packaging.
Returns must be shipped with UPS, FedEx, or DHL with a tracking number provided to us.
We do not accept returns via standard postal services.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, issued to the original payment method (minus any original shipping costs).
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
For all other returns (e.g. customer changed their mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Any customs fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
